How to Work With Us
Once you decide on an assessment for your company, contact the expert you are interested in speaking with and request an assessment.
Based on a description of your needs, a point person is selected.
During the first meeting, we will discuss and agree to what you would like to have for an assessment. This is the time we will give you an opportunity to sign an engagement contract for your assessment.
Introductions & Endorsement
The Team Leader makes introductions to the other experts and confirms you are 100% comfortable with the team. This new team will need your endorsement before moving forward. Once the team is introduced, a date is set for the assessment.
The specially selected team conducts the assessment on the date set. At the conclusion of the assessment, a deadline is set for having a follow-up date to review the results of the assessment.
The Team Leader works with the experts on the team to analyze the assessment. The team's findings are documented along with suggested resolutions.
Contact & Schedule Meeting
The Team Leader will contact you and set a date to return at which time the findings and resolutions are presented.
Present the Findings
The Team Leader will meet with you for this "Results Meeting" and provide a written report.
At any point, if you do not have the resources or experience internally to take action, you may decide that someone on the Assessment Team would be a perfect choice for helping you take it to the next level.
